THE LAWYHER
INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

The Lawyer Internship Program offers college students, recent graduates, and non-recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through a volunteer internship that supports the growth and mission of Lawyer.

This program is designed for future lawyers who want meaningful exposure to legal education, nonprofit operations, and community-centered work. Interns do real work that directly contributes to expanding access, strengthening programs, and supporting aspiring law students across the country.

Interns on the Marketing Team support storytelling, digital campaigns, social media strategy, content creation, and brand partnerships. This team helps shape how Lawyer shows up publicly and how we reach and engage our growing community of future lawyers.

DEVELOPMENT
TEAM

Interns on the Program Development Team support the design, execution, and improvement of Lawyer’s programs and initiatives. This includes assisting with research, curriculum development, partnerships, and operational planning that directly impact students navigating the law school pipeline.

GROWTH

One of the most valued aspects of the internship program is the sense of community. Interns work alongside other aspiring lawyers, build meaningful connections, and gain insight into the law school application process long before it is their turn to apply. Many interns leave the program feeling more prepared, confident, and informed about their own legal journeys.

INTERNSHIP
BENEFITS

As a benefit of successful completion of the program, interns are eligible to receive an LSAT prep scholarship provided by Griffin Prep and complimentary assistance on their personal statement whenever they choose to apply to law school.
