The Lawyher Fellows Program is a selective, cohort-based fellowship designed to support aspiring law students through one of the most critical stages of the legal pipeline: preparing to apply to law school.

The program exists to ensure that future lawyers have access to the guidance, resources, and community needed to navigate the law school application process successfully. Through structured support and meaningful mentorship, the fellowship helps Fellows move through the admissions process informed, prepared, and supported.

Who is The
Fellowship For?

The Lawhyer Loading Fellows Program is for individuals who plan to apply to law school and are seeking comprehensive, hands-on support throughout the application journey. Fellows are typically college students, recent graduates, or non-traditional applicants who want intentional mentorship, accountability, and community as they prepare for law school.

They are also people who have demonstrated resilience, leadership, and a commitment to social justice.

Impact of the Fellowship

The Lawyer loading Fellows Program provides Fellows with sustained, practical support designed to remove barriers and strengthen each Fellow’s application and confidence.

Fellows receive:

• One-on-one mentorship with lawyers who provide individualized guidance and accountability

• Community-based support through a cohort model that connects Fellows with peers navigating the same process

• Meet a Lawyer Series, offering structured networking opportunities and exposure to attorneys across practice areas and career paths

• Six months of LSAT preparation provided by LSAT Lab, including small-group tutoring for more personalized instruction

• Full coverage of law school application costs for up to six law schools, reducing financial barriers during the admissions process

Through this combination of mentorship, academic preparation, financial support, and community, Fellows are positioned to submit stronger applications and enter the legal profession with confidence and a lasting support network.
